Guest guest
I would like the recipe for the tea please, Jami >> Sorry this took so long.. As far as the fennel tea...it has always helped me. 1T. fennel added to distilled water....3 C. Boil for 7 minutes. Steep covered for 5 minutes. Pour through a strainer. Drink hot. I make a large jar of this and keep it in my fridge. It is good for the stomach , kidneys and for the bronchials. As far as the cranberry tea goes...I can't find the original recipe with the fresh cranberries....but the way I make it is almost as good. When I am starting to feel like I am wheezing, or having some difficulty...I make this tea and get good results...sometimes it takes 2 cups. I buy cranberry concentrate in the health food store. It is quite expensive.....$13 for 16 oz. It has no preservatives or sweeteners in it...and it does last forever ! Can't get this in the grocery store...not the same. Boil distilled water. Add 1T. cranberry juice. Add honey if you wish...NO sugar or artificial sweeteners. Drink warm. Thats all there is to it....I always have a bottle in the fridge. Hope this will help someone:) Pearl (NY) Country Living at it's finest /community/Countrylife
