Once in the morning with oatmeal and Lecithin, also I put 1 T. olive oil in my oatmeal to keep my sugar levels up. Would this be enough protein? I use a Hawaiian brand. Also, I buy chicken that is organic from an Amish market here......can I have chicken once a week? I am afraid I cannot have much fruit, I have low blood sugar and I am not suppose to have more then one fruit a day. I am afraid that the tapes will not fit into m budget...is there some other frame of reference I can seek out? A good site.or perhaps a book? I am shopping this Friday and I sure would like to start.
