Guest guest
Hi Renee, I did a bit of checking on cholesterol lowering and these are good herbs for doing just that. I got this info out of a book, not online. Primary Herbs for lowering cholesterol: Hawthorn Berry & Leaf Burdock Root Ginseng, all types Barley Grass Butchers broom Alfalfa Kelp & Sea veggies Goldenseal root Chlorella Green tea leaf Nettles Pau d' arco bark Bilberry Milk Thistle Seed Dandelion leaf & root Licorice root Siberian ginseng Gotu kola Now these are the main herbs.... From what I can tell if you take the heart formula with Total Nutrition you should see very good results, especially if you change diet & lifestyle. Just trying to help!
