Dear Pearl,

There is an excellent recipe for Herbal Snuff that can be used to

open up the Bronchials - it will also clean out the sinuses fromear to

ear.

One guy I know who used it sneezed out blood clots that had

beenstuck in his sinuses for 10 years (since a car accident).

His sinus headaches have not returned since!!!

I will look for it.......shuffle shuffle....ah - here it

is.......from Curing with Cayenne by Sam Biser - the recipe is from

Dr.Schultze or Dr. Christopher - not sure which.........

Herbal Snuff

(for sinuses and allergies)

7 tablespoons of goldenseal root powder

7 tablespoons of bayberry bark

1 teaspoon of garlic powder or granules

1 teaspoon of 200,000 unit cayenne pepper powder or 1 tablespoon of

40,000 unit cayenne pepper powder.

MIX.

Put a small pinch on the back of the hand. Sniff up one nostil.

QUICKLY put a small pinch on the back of the hand.

Sniff up other nostril.

Lay down on bed with eyes closed.

Try to avoid sneezing for as long as possible.

This requires tremendous self control.

Finally sneeze and mop up tears.

GAURANTEED YOU WILL NOT HAVE STUFFED UP SINUSES AND ALL THE JUNK INSIDE

WILL HAVE COME OUT.

Rest for a half an hour.

Do it a second time...........Love Penny(I have used this and it does

work)
