Guest guest
Hi all I thought I'd introduce myself since I'm new to the list - my name is Misha, I'm a college student, majoring in philosophy. I've become really interested in alternative healing, and have been trying to incorporate herbal remedies into my life as much as I can but I don't really know much and would really like to learn. Does anyone know of things to try for seasonal allergies? I've been using Flonase and things like allegra-d/claritin-d for years now and would love to find an alternative. Also, I've heard opposing things on ephedra - is it dangerous at all or is it a good option for colds? Hope to hear from some of you soon Misha
