Dear Renee,

Yes, I have seen Ian's Norwork and WANT ONE!!!

It is definitely the way to go

I have a complicated method of extracting the final amounts.

Involves lots of lead weights on a stainless steel bowl with the

herbs wrapped in organic cotton under the base of the large bowl lying

on a stainless steel mesh dripping into a stainless steel pan.

Sort of a homemade Norwork.

It DOES get a lot of juice out. But it takes time and I know that it

isn't 100% as the Norwork is.

the N. adds pounds of pressure.

I believe you can access Norwork - I think they have a web

site.................Love PEnny

My Norwalk is 55 years old and weighs 400 lbs with a 12 ton press. They don't make 'em that way anymore. I have a friend in CA who makes presses and if y'all want me to check up on cost, I will. I suspect they'll be a couple of thousand dollars.

The current Norwalk sells for $2,500. and the fools do not supply them with organic cotton cloths. They actually use Nylon??? Go figure.

The CEO of Norwalk offered me 2 brand new ones in exchange for mine and I turned him down. I later found out that to duplicate mine would cost appox. $25,000

Anyway, I'll send out a comm to my bud in CA to see what the cost is of the custom made ones if the interest is there.

Love,

Doc

Thank you Ian, but I think the Norwalk is about 2,500.00 to much. Hang

on to yours!!!! :)

PS I might invest in a potato ricer, and the one my husband made puts

alot of pressure on the herbs.

Thank you for replying

Take good care.

Love,

Renee and Jerry
