Dear Vicki,

I hope you have taken the mushroom out of the tea. then you put the

tea in a dark place in a sealed bottle. In a cool dark place.

Not necessarily the fridge unless you are in a Florida summer

(grin).

According to the sites and info I have read, the Tea should be ready

in about two weeks.

I find that the Kombucha tea made with Blacke Tea is nicest if I

leave it for a month.

The Rooiboss K Tea, I drink right away mainly because it tastes nice

and I mix it wih other interesting juices I make (like ginger

Ale)...........Love Penny
