Doc, you out here?

Somewhere.I am still steeping over what to get and how much and in which form and....oh, GROAN!

Take your time honey :o)How much MSM is considered a worthy daily intake? How many capsules, howmany grams in powder? I need to figure how long each order would last...

One to three teaspoons a day of the powder (faster to assimilate and is more aggressive) or one to three caps a day should suffice for a maintenence dosage.and... uh.... if I wanta add it to lotion... would I use the powder too, oris there a liquid form??

You can add the powder to distilled water and it will disolve. No need to infuse it.

As soon as I have that figured out, I'm ready, I think...

Ha, ha, ha, I'll believe it when I see it, but like I said, "Take your time" ;o)Much love,

Doc
