Guest guest
Welcome to the group Seldanya- Nice to have ya. Hope to hear more of what you are doing. Check out the files they are loaded with information. June Hello All, This is my first post. I wanted to share with you that I recently started going to a naturopathic physician due to heath symptoms I felt could be better treated and addressed nutritionally, rather than with medications. The diet she has put me on--wheat free and lactose free) has had some amazing results in the two weeks I have incorporated the diet change. Also, to help satve off the withdrawal symptoms with tobacco addiction, I take 1/4 tsp. of L-Glutemine powder under my tongue several times a day. This is a major lifestyle change for me and MUST be a permanent one.I did not go to her initially for weight loss issues but am pleasantly surprised that the diet changes has resulted in some phenomenally pleasant fat loss which is a most pleasing side effect. I guess this post was just to get my feet wet as i am new to this board. I have read much timely advice and see that support here can become an integral part of my lifestyles changes from the past posts I have read. Thanks..:)SeldanyaFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3.
