Dear Jamie,

Glad it finally arrived!

If it is intact and still a pale colour on top and sort of darker on

the bottom - it is O.K!!!!

When you decant the tea - it can be sealed and left in a dark

cupboard to ferment.

I just gave a friend some Black Tea Kombuca Tea that had been sealed

for a month ina dark cupboard and it was deliciously bubbly........Love

Oh no- mine is dark all the way around- is it not good any more??-

The tea still ferments and taste the same.
