Guest guest
> Emu oil contains two of these essential fatty acids: alpha linolenic (omega 3) and linoleic (omega 6) fatty acids. Amongst other properties, these omega 3 and 6 fatty acids demonstrate marked anti-inflammatory properties. If this is true, then I would think that flaxseed oil (very high in omega 3 and 6, much cheaper than emu oil and coincidentally vegetarian) would have similar anti-inflammatory properties, both applied topically and taken internally. Whaddya think? Peace, Laura
