Guest guest
Hello Penny, In answer to your question...I believe that eating certain things like sugar and starches , cheese and most dairy trigger the asthma. A condition of candida. If I am faithful to my diet " before " the spring and the Fall arrive, I do fine. I am on a nebulizer with liquid Atrovent. I also have a spray called Max Air for emergencies. I am also allergic to dust and molds, elm leaves, oak leaves and many grasses. Thanks.... > > Dear Pearl, Good Questions. I take my Cayenne about 1/4 hr after having breakfast. It is best to start off with a small amount (1/4 teaspoonful first) and work up. After taking the cayenne and quickly swishing it down with water, I usually hiccup for a few seconds. What triggers your Asthma? And, are you taking any medication for it?...........Love Penny Pearl (NY) Country Living at it's finest /community/Countrylife
