Guest guest
Dear Linda, Hawthorne Berries will protect the cells of the heart. Make a tea or/and a Tincture. But THE BIGGEST CLEANSER OF ARTERIES AND THE BIGGEST HERB TO GET THE HEART MOVING AND THE BLOOD FLOWING IS ONE TABLESPOON OF CAYENNE PEPPER EVERY DAY IN A 1/4 glass ful of WATER. CHASED DOWN WITH ANOTHER GLASS FUL OF WATER. TO ENSURE THAT THE BONES AND CARTIAGES ARE INGOOD ORDER, TAKE ONE TABLESPOONFUL OR TURMERIC AFTERWARDS, ALSO IN A GLASS FUL OF WATER. CAYENNE, HAWTHORNE FOR THE HEART TURMERIC FOR THE BONES CAYENNE, HAWTHORNE FOR THE HEART TURMERIC FOR THE BONES.... ALTOGETHER NOW..... CAYENNE , HAWTHORNE FOR THE HEART TURMERIC FOR THE BONES.........LOve Penny
Guest guest
That cayenne will burn the heck out of any and everything in the body. But I will advise them of that. So the Hawthorn berries in tea will work as well as the tincture. How good. Thanks, Penny Linda

Guest guest
Malinda, I take Cayenne powder dry in a teaspoon with a big glass of water. After the first week, your tongue, throat and sinus decide this must be normal. Guest guest
Malinda- after reading about Cayenne and taking it myself, my father called us late one night telling us we'd better come say goodbye to my mother. Her blood pressure was very low and not a bit of color in her face. I'm an all or nothing kind of person, I looked at mom and said, "mom, if your're dying anyway, would you be willing to take a natural medicine and see if it will help?" She said yes. I gave her a teaspoonful of cayenne, a glass of water and a slice of buttered bread. She choked it down, and within 10 minutes or so her color returned along with a regular heartbeat and she said, "I believe you all can go home now, cause I feel fine." I am so proud to tell you all that!! She is in her 80's. The next time it happened, all I had to do was mention the Cayenne, and she took it herself. Seems someone had put her on another medication that slowed her heart down too much. So she switched back to her old medication and is fine today. Guest guest
Nancy, the heat is a necessary part of the treatment. My favorite way to take Cayenne is an 8 oz glass of distilled water with half a lemon squeezed in it and three to ten drops of Cayenne tincture depending how brave I feel on any given day. Cayenne works best when it's hot. The hotter the better. Guest guest
All peppers are high in Vitamin C...is there something special about Cayenne or will other kinds of pepper work ? My Chinese Tai Chi Master used to take me to lunch when I had a cold and order for me.The food would be VERY spicy ..set your mouth on fire type spicy (and I'm from Texas)...my sinuses would drain profusely and embarrass me totally, but by the end of the meal my sinuses would be clear and I would be symptom free. So I believe in those little red Chinese chili peppers too.....yowzah. ~malinda " Ian Shillington N.D. " wrote: > Nancy, the heat is a necessary part of the treatment. Guest guest
I was just curious- because Tepin are small like you said but they aren't Thai- they are from mexico- they actually grow wild in the dessert mountain areas- they take 200 days to mature- after they are plants- was wondering how you grew them- then remembered you live in Arizona- explains it.
