I know where you can get the best Oil of Oregano (several different varieties)

tested and pure....other

Essential Oils

as well.....go to < http://www.AV-AT.com > and look around.

 

(I love their Rose Petal Jam too....delicious and high in Vitamin C)

I just read that oregano has the highest level of antioxidants in all of

the mints (funny I didn't know it was a mint). I have been using it

lately on open sandwiches and it is yummy.

The Rose Petal Jam is luscious....I put in on toast made from righteous

" peasant " bread.

 

Of course...I sometimes drink hot chocolate chocolate with it too (shhh, don't

tell anybody)...in big latte cups

like they serve it to you in Italy....Ciao.
