Sure. Take your Ginseng and chop as finely as you can. Place in a (preferrably) vita-mix blender about 1/3rd full and cover with 100 proof vodka = 50 - 50 distilled water and alcohol about 2 to 3 inches above the plant matter. Let it sit for at least half an hour up to an hour to soften the roots and then blend for 3 to 4 minutes.

 

Do not boil or steam the ginseng as heat can change the chemical structure of the nutrients.
