RE: Organic Raw Vinegar/distilled vinegar

Speaking of making vinegar, I am unsuccessfully trying to find distilled vinegar for my Kombucha baby. Anyone know if you can distill your own easily?

Boy do I feel stupid, I've been searching every health food store in a 50 mile radius. Then again, none of them had organic white vinegar anyway.
