Organic baked beans

Hi all,

 

Does anyone make (or have a recipe for) organic baked beans please? Do you

have to use navy beans or can you sub with others?

I like to cook them in brown sugar and honey. (sometimes I add onions, cumin, cayenne etc to give it that chili flavor).
