Guest guest
I posted a link for Sea Salt a while back. Now I would like to say- their products are good. I got their catalog and the products I ordered yeaterday. The salt is wonderful. I don't even like salt.Everything is organic in their catalog. They also have organic whole grains Organic beans Some chinese herbs Sea vegetables Sweeteners ( natural) Chocolate(grain sweetened) And bunches of other stuff. Their prices are okay- 50% off with membership I wanted to share since I plan to use this company- A lot of needs met in one place. I don't have a good health food store close at hand so mail order is easier. Guest guest
YOUR Not the only one- I think the seeds for me would be a lot easier to swallow!!!! Thanks- no yukky oil to spoon down- June In addition to Omega 3, flax seeds contain phytoestrogenic lignans, whichare anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and perhaps also anti-cancer. Furthermore, the protein in flaxseed is of high quality and is easily digested. Flaxseeds also contain mucilage, which is an excellent natural laxitive. To experience the benefits of flax, try to consume between 3-6 tablespoonsof flax seeds per day. Ground flax seeds can be sprinkled over any foodwithout significantly altering the flavor. You can add them into smoothies, salads, grains, soups, and baked dishes. Flax seeds may also be ground inyour blender with water to make an egg substitute, for use in baked foods.(One tablespoon of flax seeds and two tablespoons of water will substitutefor one ----why the HECK have I been torturing myself with drinking the darn oil??DUH!SorcyditsFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
