Guest guest
Vicki, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. I maybe as well. I am showing some of the signs. I am going to test in a couple of days even though it maybe too soon. I hate waiting! Heather It's just because I've been researching it for me. Oddly enough I think I may be preggo and I haven't started taking the stuff yet! I'll now in about a week. Of course you can use it...don't worry about the credit, I just copied and paste. Love and Blessings, Vicki
Guest guest
Just as our tincture-making is controlled by the moon, so is ovulation, believe it or not. If your doc says you're not ovulating, try controlling the light in your bedroom before you go taking nasty pharmaceuticals. Our bodies are programmed to ovulate at the full moon, but with all the lights that abound in our lives -- street lights, lamps, the glow of a clock-radio -- our bodies just don't know when the full moon IS any more. One simple way to re-set your " ovulation clock " is to figure out when in your cycle you're likely to ovulate. Starting with the first day of your period, make sure your room is ABSOLUTELY dark all night long while you sleep. This means no TV, no night light, no digital clock, etc. Hang blankets over the windows to shut out street lights. Then, the night before you're likely to ovulate, leave a light on (it can be a small one like a night light) all night long. Do this for three nights in a row, to simulate the three nights of the apparent full moon. Then go back to all dark. It may take two or three months, but your body will groove in a nice cycle again and you'll likely ovulate :-) Peace, Arachne
