See, now you guys have made me want to do this to!! It sounds great- would be wonderful for days I am not feeling my best. June Dear Jane, I second Vickie's advise to cook in advance. I do the samething, cooking several major dishes every time I have a full day for it,and make a feast out of it. I also cook giant amounts (I have 2 freezerchests-lol) so each dish only comes around very few times a year.Precooked is better then raw in my opinion, but don't cook all the way, sowhen reheating the dish will be done just right. Meatloaf (I know, I know, but most of us don't do without ALL meat) for example, freezes well inziplocks of foil, slice by slice (try the veggied version, half and halfwith shredded cabbage and a carrot per lbs, loads of onion..). Pasta, onlycooked half, and practically any dish that doesn't contain potatoes willcome out just as freshly cooked.Only, don't ever use a microwave. Throw it in the oven and bake until doneover medium heat.I call mine TV dinners to die for, as I freeze them in collected (beggedoff friends and coworkers) TVdinnerplasticplatedishes. That way, I have awhole meal already done and all I have to do is plunk it onto a pie shell. It takes just as much time to cook 10 lbs of mashed potatoes then 1 meal<wink>Since I make everything fresh, it makes more sense this way.....Doc sells the total nutrition, and so does Penny, I think? The recipe isin the files, but you won't be able to get the quality if you mix ityourself.... go read up on the ingredients in DocIans folder in the filesection :)Green Blessings, SorcyHerbalHealingCenter: http://www.geocities.com/Summerwinds2000<http://www.geocities.com/Summerwinds2000> I believe in God, only I spell it Nature- Frank Lloyd Wright- Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
