I currently take" Barley Green" (an AIMproduct) and have for about a month or so. The taste of this is awful (tome) but I do feel appreciably better when I take it. I also take 100mg. ofCoQ10.What I want to do is really simplify my supplement intake. This is why Istarted on the Barley Green. I was taking a lot of other supplements priorto that.I also bought a Champion juicer and I try to juice at least once a day. Ijuice carrots, apples, some parsley and I put a quartered lemon in at the endjust to add some *zip*.I am overweight as a result of eating a lot of fast foods. My husband died19 months ago and HE was the cook. I cooked years ago when all the kids wereyoung. So I now have a 16 year old home who is thrilled with fast food andwe've gotten into that habit. I work a lot more than I used to now and I amthankful to just have something to eat and not spend a lot of time in thekitchen.I have also looked in to the Hallelueh (spelling?) diet which consisits ofmostly raw foods and the Barley Green. For me it is just not feasible.I would like suggestions as to how I can improve my health and have a littlemore energy.Someone also spoke about the detoxifying effects of juicing at intervals(day 3 then day 10 ....). Could you elaborate on that too?Any recommendation as to a good colon cleansing program? One that doesn'tinvolve a lot of cramping and allows you to still leave the house!!!!!Ha!!!!This is a lot of questions .
