From my quick search I would recommend an addition of

hydrotherapy (water therapy, taking an Omega-3

supplement (essential fatty acids, and increasing

fish and vegetables in the diet.

Dear June,

Regarding polymyalgia rheumatica - your suggestions are excellent as

they are based on experience.

A total body cleanse (strting first with the colon - and then the

internal organs) would definitely be called for here.

Exercise

Hot and cold Showers

Also - and I hate to mention this - a change of diet.

No meat.

Nothing that came from a face or had a face.

One of the greatest herbs to remove deposits from where they are not

supposed to be (like calcium deposited in the joints) is Gravel Root.

Therefore, I would suggest Dr,Schutlze's Bone Flesh and Cartilage

Formula.

I would also suggest the Turmeric Super Tonic.

And Magnolia Bark Tincture.to ease the pain..............Love PEnny
