For those of us who do not grow our own herbs and the healthfood store is handier- -Are bulk herbs sold there generally effectiveenough for the various formulas on this list? They can be but you need to ask if they are local or from third world countries where it is still legal to use DDT etc. etc. -Also, if we are missing an ingredient or two that can't be found there, is the resulting formula still going to help? Most definitely. Never let the lack of one or two herbs stop you from making a preparation and you can carve this one in stone. Guest guest
Hi Marrgill, I would always make sure they are Organic or Wildcrafted First then you want to make sure they haven't been around along time. The fresher the herbs the better even if they are dried. If you can't grow your own or wildcraft them then you have to get them from a reliable source. Also depending on what remedy your making it may not work if you leave out an herb...or it may be okay still. Just ask the group when your short an herb to see if it will still be effective before you make it. This is an Awesome List with Great People to help.
