Actually i didn't use any of the things you mentioned. They are taking cayenne daily- washing their faces twice daily with lavendar soap (homemade) and use pads made with witch hazel, yarrow, cedarwood EO and chamomile EO. I started all that before the posts on nettle tea and Gotu Kola- since it seemed to be working we decided to stick with that.
