[herbal remedies] cayennes' many many uses

Before this list I just thought of cayenne as a spice- didn't give it much thought at all- I have read numerous things about cayenne and still just kind of - oh welled it.I had not had the chance to read Dr.Christophers book. But have found several herbalist who Like Dr. Ian don't leave home without it. I now use cayenne as Penny does- and it does help me with my fatigue. In the course of my research I have found cayenne to be use for many things. They are as follows:

Bleeding(internal)

Blood Builder

Blood pressure( usually low)

Breathing(stimulate newborns in homebirths)

caffeinne withdrawal

Circulation

Cold and flu

Constipation

Eyewash

Digestion

First aid

Bugs in the garden

Oral health

Bacteria in intestines

salves/linniments

Pain and on and on. With all I read I still wasn't sure about cayenne- Not until I had others from this list share how it works for them- Now just to convince my family it's good for them!!:) Thanks everyone.
