I now use cayenne as Penny does- and it does help me with my fatigue. In the course of my research I have found cayenne to be use for many things.They are as follows: Bleeding(internal) Blood Builder Blood pressure( usually low) Breathing(stimulate newborns in homebirths) caffeinne withdrawal Circulation Cold and flu Constipation Eyewash Digestion First aid Bugs in the garden Oral health Bacteria in intestines salves/linniments Pain and on and on. With all I read I still wasn't sure about cayenne- Not until I had others from this list share how it works for them- Now just to convince my family it's good for them!! Thanks everyone.
