Guest guest
Standing on my soapbox regarding EXERCISE I thought this might be of use to one and all who give up because the exercise leaves them feeling worse than before they started:- According to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Centre, to figure out the amount of water needed when you exercise multiply your weight in pounds by 0.67 to get the ounces you actually need. (a 135 lb woman who works out would need 90 oz - around 11 glasses)....otherwise , without increasing your water intake you can cause dehydration, headache, diarrhoea, muscle cramps and you can then end up being confused and exhausted ! Since most of us have enough confusion and exhaustion, this is not a good thing......so EXERCISE AND DRINK WATER!!!!!
