In addition a formula for acupuncture for reducing inflammation that I learned is the first two points of the SP, LV, and KI meridians. I would bleed LV 1 and needle SP 1 upward. Skullcap works as an anti-inflammatory and also Quercetin might be helpful as it regulates the bodies own histamine reaction. I use the standard SP 6 and 10 to cool the blood. KI 3 is often useful for adrenal cortisone readjustment. Hope this helps, Bobbi
