Dear Joan,

Is your husband suggestible to trying different things (my hubby has

to be tied to the bed and forcefed some of the things I give him)?

If so, may I suggest that you try him with 1/4 teaspooon of cayenne

pepper (bought from a health food shop - not an irradiated one in the

supermarkets) in 1/4 glass of water first thing in the morning?

Give him a glass of water first. Drink that down to take away any

toxinsin the stomach. Then give him the cayenne pepper in water.

Have another glass of water handy to drink after the cayenne.

The second week - increase it to 1/2 a teaspoon and so on till he

can take a whole teaspoon every day.

This will speed up his metabolism, increase his blood flow and

thereby get his heart and other internal organs working.

At the same time, get him off any meat or only get Organic meat.

Have you made the super tonic yet?

this would be good to give him as well. Three times a day.

Adaptogens are a GREAT idea. Do you have a list of Primary and

secondary Adaptogens/?

Primary Adaptogens (proved by Science)

Eleutherococcus Senticosis

rhaponticum Carthamoides

shizandra Chinensis (magnolia vine)

Rhodeola Rosea

Aralia Mandshunca

Adaptogens proven by Herbalists(not studied enough by scientists)

Eleuthero

astralagus

Reishi

ashwaganda

Gotu Kula

Wild oats

Astralagus or Huang chi (astralagus membranacens)

ho shu wu (polygonum)

Burdock (actumlappa)

sumal

this is from a hand written list that I got from I don't know

where.........being blonde again I guess...usually I jot down my sources

but I didn't think this would be needed................All the Ginsengs

are Adaptogens and I believe there are others. but, you could search the

net and find lots that can be included into his diet......Just try the

cayenne pepper.Love Penny
