Guest guest
An old wine or apple press might work very well. I managed to find a 55 year old 400 lb. Norwalk with a 12 ton press (approx) tucked away in a little ole lady's garage which makes the most wonderful tinctures (what's left after a pressing is as dry as an ole bone). I recommend hitting yardsales frequently as you never know what treasures you can find. I paid $25 for this gargantuan gem and was recently offered 2 brand new ones (a new Norwalk sells for $2,500) by the CEO of Norwalk in exchange for mine. I turned him down. My wife Valorie is the Yardsale Queen of Clearwater and is always coming home with some old mathom that usually works wonderfully well. Of course I have to have one or two yardsales a year just to handle her overflow.
