Guest guest
Dear Keelend, Regarding the amount of calcium.,, It has been found that bone density on Kayakers and canoeists in their arms is far higher in other parts of their bodies REGARDLESS OF AGE AND DIET. Obviously, those with more soluble calcium will be stronger but EXERCISE is the key. The Western World is so keen on " eating " that they expect every thing to come from their mouths but stonger bones and stopping the onset of osteoporosis comes from EXERCISE - WEIGHT BEARING EXERCISES - REGULAR WEIGHT BEARING EXERCISE........... Just my two bits Ian .. and AHA! I am OLDER than you so, ,,,,therefore Dr. Shillington ...I am the SENIOR on this list........Love Penny (strutting ...)
