Lemon Egg Question

Hi Keleed,

Yes, that "Lemon Egg" recipe is awesome and it's one of my favorites.

I too am an "A" and I find that one oz. a day is usually more than enough for me. I'm 54 and really get a lift from this formula.

How much Calcium is in an oz.? Well - we're not talking Nuclear Physics here and I would be willing to bet that I could make two identical batches using the same number of eggs and come up with a different Calcium count in each batch. It's best not to get too significant with herbal or natural remedies as it's nigh impossible to hurt yourself with them.

Best is to make your "Lemon Egg" first and then use the eggs which are still very good in another recipe, either raw or cooked.

NEVER USE AN EGG WHICH COMES OUT OF THE PACKAGE CRACKED. Eggs which are not cracked and kept in a fridge can last for several months.

Use only Organic Eggs and buy in bulk if you can. I wash mine in distilled water only and I use a vegetable brush on them.

Hope this helps.

Love,

Ian

[herbal remedies] Lemon Egg Question

Hello Everyone,I really love reading your list. I am so glad I found it. I printed the Lemon Egg Recipe and distributed it to some of our co-op members. I'm trying to follow the Blood Type Diet for A's. We are supposed to drink a glass of warm lemon water upon rising. According to the author, calcium supplements aren't absorbed very well by the A-type Blood. I've been a little concerned about the calcium and have been eating some foods(when I remember ) that contain more calcium. Here is a question that I hope someone can help me with.Would you know about approximately how much calcium you'd be getting with the Lemon Egg Recipe?Prices for organic eggs in my area are out of this world and my co-op only sells in bulk. How long can you store organic eggs? Can I just use the washed eggshells of organic eggs?Is there a method to wash them properly.?

Thanks,Keleed
