Hi All,

You do want to be cautious with licorice too. It can raise the blood

pressure and is a concern for anyone with blood pressure problems or on

meds.

I also have a question. We are hoping to adopt 4 children (ages 4, 2, 1, due

in august). All have been drug exposed. I want to treat the newborn for

withdrawals and try to bring in milk to nurse him. (don't ask me, I just

know it is a boy, a gut feeling). Also, I plan on using brain nourishing

herbs and nutrients for all of them.

Of course, with adoption, everything can fall through, so we are praying and

hoping and preparing.

Thanks for your help,

Kim in UT
