One that has been worn since antiquity by the women of the Family.......... There are some great books written by Nerys Purchon who is in Australia which may help you. Just type in her name on the Web and I am sure you will find her. If not, EMail me and I will give you the site with her books on. I started out with a fabulous book The Green Pharmacy by Dr. James Duke. I really recommend that to help your family. Simple and easy to follow. The other book I recommend is The Complete Medicinal Herbal by Penelope Ody. And, of course, I think the work of Dr. Schultze and recommend the book Curing with Cayenne (which is sold with three videos - not sure if you can use the American system there in Australis but they may have them in PAL) which you can get by writing to " Sam Biser - 11949 Sherman Road. P.O. Box 8122 Van Nuys, CA 91409-8122 " All three of the above are simple in their writings and yet very experienced. From them you can go on to others but there is a wealth of information in the above Three books which will actually save your Family from a lot of ill health and save you in medical bills.
