Recipe for Calcium drink from Vegetarian Lunchbasket c1999

4 cups cold water

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

pinch salt

pinch fennel seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

2-4 tablespoons honey or to taste

simmer water oats salt & fennel seeds for 20 minutes

process ingredients in blender & drink warm

shake thermos or jug before drinking to stir up sunflower seeds

4 servings
