Guest guest
Dear Elaine, Hmmmmm..thank you for answering all my questions. You are obviously an aware lady - good diet -moderate exercise. But, you are taking absolutely NOTHING for you hysterectomey? Are you having hot flashes, mood swings etc? Well, before you answer that question, I have a suggestion. I cannot see you and there are many reasons for stiffness. Toxins 0 a build up of - leaps to mind. The hormones in meat will truly put out your hormone balance without your ovaries, for instance. However, it MAY be possible that, during your hysterectomy, your back may have had bones slightly put out. Many people actually struggle during operations and, if it was a long one, as one comes out, struggling may occur necessitating the nures to hold the body down. I realize that you do not have finances to spare so my suggestion that you visit a chiropractor to check the spine may be financially difficult. That would be my first suggestion. The second one is - Ian has a page with simple back exercises which - if done twice a day taking 20 minutes each time - will rectify a LOT of back problems. We have a new scanner and my husband will scan it in tomorrow and I shall send them to you. I also suggest that you make the Female Formula and take that to help your hormonal balance. It is very easy to make. I shall include the formula. Do you have any Black or Blue Cohosh growing wild near you?...Best Wishes Penny
