Bowel Cleanses vs. Liver/Gallbladder Flushes and Cleanses

I always clean out the bowel for two weeks before attempting a

Liver/Gallbladder Flush or Cleanse.

Why?

Because, if you empty a liver/gallbladder which is full of toxins,

poisons and other garbage into an already toxic or plugged up bowel, you

will get sicker than you've ever been this life.

My only exception to the above is in the case of an emergency where a

person is having 1 to 3 serious gallbladder attacks a day. Then I'll

recommend the person start on both the liver/gallbladder cleanse and the

Intestinal Cleanses at the same time.

I never recommend a person do a Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse without a

Bowel Cleanse. Never. Never. Never.

If you start the Bowel Cleanse two weeks before you start the

Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse and continue the Bowel Cleanse right on

through the Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse, why then, the Liver/Gallbladder

Cleanse is a piece of cake with tremendous results.
