Here you are Rusty.

Deep Tissue Repair Oil:

32 oz - Wintergreen Oil

16 oz - Olive Oil

12 oz - Menthol Crystals (make sure this is made from either Peppermint Oil or

Thyme Oil)

2 cups - Arnica Flowers

2 cups - Calendula Flowers

1 cup - Cayenne Powder (hottest)

1 cup - Ginger Root Powder

Hints:

1. Never allow any of this mixture anywhere near water.

2. You can use Peppermint Oil (same quantity) instead of the Menthol Crystals,

but

it is best with the Menthol Crystals.

Used with BF & C (tincture and/or tea) is the best combination for repairing torn

ligaments, bruised joints and muscles.

Your garden sounds absolutely lovely.

All my beds are raised because of flooding, and because I found that if I

surrounded the beds with concrete block, the nematodes (sp?) disappear ? ? ? Go

figure. My compost is comprised mostly of oak leaves, table scraps (all organic

and no meat), grass clippings, and left overs from the soil from the Wheatgrass

part of our business. My wife also takes some of the table scraps and blends

them

in the blender. She then pours the contents directly over some of the larger

plants and around the base of trees. Works great.
