Single ought capsules: It takes 12 " 0 " caps to make one heaping teaspoon (one dose) of Intestinal Cleanse #2. 2. Double ought capssules: It takes 8 " 00 " caps to make one heaping teaspoon (one dose) of Intestinal Cleanse #2. Ian PS. The reason you use only " 0 " in the Intestinal Cleanse #1 is that it is the strongest cathartic I've ever used or heard of. Unless it is an emergency, always start with one cap. PPS.
