Intestinal Cleanse #1:

 

1 - part Curacao Aloe Leaf (Aloe Spicata)

1 - part Cape Aloe Leaf (Aloe Ferox)

1 - part Senna Leaf and Pod

1 - part Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark

1 - part Barberry Root Bark

1 - part Ginger Root

1 - part Garlic Bulb

1 - part African Bird Pepper or hottest Cayenne pepper you can find.

(Habanero etc)

 

Optional for added parasite cleansing add:

 

1 - part Wormwood

1 - part Black Walnut Hulls

 

 

 

Intestinal Cleanse #2:

 

2 - parts Flax Seed (course ground)

2 - parts Apple Fruit Pectin

2 - parts Bentonite Clay (Aztec)

3.5 - parts Psyllium Seeds

3.5 - parts Psyllium Husks

1 - part Fennel Seed

1 - part Activated Willow Charcoal

1 - part Marshmallow Root

1 - part Slippery Elm Inner Bark

 

Note Bene:

 

1. I always specify a " PART " as a measurement by VOLUME rather than by

weight.

IE. A heaping tablespoon; A cup; A pint etc. etc.

2. Unless otherwise noted, all the above are in fine powder form.

 

Procedure:

 

The procedure is the same for both formulae.

Place all ingredients into a large container and mix thoroughly.

Place Intestinal Cleanse #2 into 8 oz containers.

Encapsulate Intestinal Cleanse #1 into " 00 " (double aught) capsules.

 

Helpful hints:

 

It is best to use glass bowls and wooden utencils rather than steel.

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER use Aluminum.
