The Five Avenues to Total Vibrant Health

After many years of research into the field of Excellent Vibrant Health,

 

I've concluded that there are five avenues to achieving this goal.

I've listed them below in their relative order of importance.

 

1. Spiritual activeness

2. Mental positiveness

3. A complete, all natural, organic healthfood program

4. Vigorous exercise

5. Herbal Remedies

 

If a person works on all five, he or she can be guaranteed a condition

of total health.

 

If you only work on a couple of the above you can only expect moderate

improvement.

 

If you concentrate on only one of the above, you are doomed to failure

and a rather short life.

The exception to this seems to be #1 which is the realm of miracles and

unexplained phenomenon.

I promote no particular religion or philosophy with this statement and

have personally

observed many incredible acts within several of the world's religions.

 

I simply point out the above as conclusion from personal observation and

invite

discussion.
