Dear Lori,

You're welcome.

I'm sorry for the delay in answering you but I have been plagued with computer

problems lately. Hmmmmm I wonder if there is an herbal remedy for a plagued

computer?

It sounds as if you are on the right track with this T-Formula especially if it

is in a tea and/or tincture preferably. There are not many herbal remedies

which I endorse in capsule form, although the herbs you mention are " OK " taken

that way. Dulse is best when eaten raw. Irish moss & Passion flower are best

in an infusion where Black Walnut hulls need to be made in the form of a

decoction to get the most out of them as they are very hard. If the Black

Walnut hulls were well powdered and all the ingredients are organic, fresh and

top quality, then a capsule would be passable.

In regards the B-Complex, the most assimilable form of B-Complex is Non-active

Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Nutritional Yeast (completely safe for candida

patients). It is the second highest source of complete protein (50%) and the

richest source of B vitamins. To top it off, it is also an abundant source of

Iron and many other minerals. B-complex in tablet form is almost useless and is

usually passed in the feces, where the above yeast form is assimilated into the

body within 15 seconds after you take it. Flax seed oil is a marvel and greatly

beneficial. I am NOT a great fan of Homeopathy as I to the belief

that if some is good, more is better. Homeopathy deals in essences (spirit of

the herb) and only small quantities of herbs are used in their preparations.

That is too small a quantity for an old herbalist like me. I realize that this

stand may make me unpopular with the

Homeopathists and those who to that practice, but I don't really care.

I want people to have R E S U L T S! ! ! I have seen the most profound changes

for the better on those who did not pussy foot around. These took their herbs

in mega doses, started on a serious exercise program while switching over to a

complete Vegan diet, and forced themselves to start thinking positive thoughts

all at the same time (Positive Mental Attitude). The fifth element I would

include is the Spiritual. Whatever religion a person belongs to, he or she

needs to get involved and take an active role. There are just too many

instances of healing by faith (in all religions) for this to be ignored. Put

all five together (Vegan Diet, Exercise Program, Herbal Remedies, Positive

Mental Attitude, & Positive Spiritual advancement), and WOW! ! ! do you have a

healing that is fast and miraculous. Now

obviously we are not going to take someone who has a faint breath on the mirror

and hold them up against a wall and put a fire hose (hydro-therapy) on them. A

little bit goes a long way on such a person, but you can increase your dosages

of the above five elements gradually on a daily basis until they are well. In

all the years I've been involved with natural healing, I've never seen or heard

of anyone dying from an overdose of organic, fresh herbs.

In regards the eczema: The best internal remedy is infusions or decoctions of

Burdock root and seeds plus generous dosages of Garlic and Echinacea tincture.

Make sure the area gets some sunlight every day for no more than half an hour

max. Last tip is to take a couple of steam baths or wet saunas every day (if

you exercise before you go into the sauna, you can really work up a sweat which

is important). Externally, apply a mixture of 10 parts Organic Jojoba Oil and 1

part Organic Tea Tree Oil. The eczema will disappear in no time with this

program.

Thank you for staying clear of the glandular extracts. Glandular extracts tend

to mask the source of a problem with a " Super-Duper-Fix-It-All-One-Shot "

approach much like a Band-Aid to then have a reoccurrence of the problem down

the road.

This will fit in well with your program as mentioned below. Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Ian
