Guest guest
Dear Jane, Yes you can definitely make it yourself. The ingredients you have from my last transmission, and the best way to measure quantity of each is by volume. I.E.. 1 cup of Bentonite Clay + 1 cup of Activated Charcoal, etc. And yes, my company manufactures these products from only Organic or Wildcrafted sources at a very reasonable price. We have a wholesale club similar to a " Sam's Club, Price Club, Cosco etc. " whereby you can pay an annual membership and buy these herbal remedies at a wholesale price. We also have weekly workshops here in Clearwater and teach people how to make tinctures, salves and so on. Our mission is to get all this information into the hands of anyone who is searching for it. If you need a formula, just ask. We always recommend that people do their own wildcrafting and make their own tinctures. Many people just don't have the time for it and so rely on people like myself and my wife to make their products. The only thing we keep confidential is our source of organic farmers and wildcrafters as they do not appreciate the individual consumer who buys in small quantities. There are many out there, however, if you search for them. The ideal number of bowel movements is one for each major meal you have. Some people eat only one major meal a day so their number would be one. Those who eat " 3 squares " a day should have 3 BMs a day. The Intestinal Cleanse #1 will loosen up the stools (not to loose) somewhat. If parasites are present, you may experience diarrhea for a few days but this will clean up as the parasites are killed off. Intestinal Cleanse #2 will firm up the stools as its main function is to detoxify, cleanse, and pull old fecal matter off of the intestinal lining and out of the bowel pockets. Best regards, Ian Jane McCombs Gillespie wrote: > Is this something you can made yourself or do you sell > this.. do you really need a Bowel movement after each meal.. > are these firm stools or very loose?? Guest guest
No problem sweetie. Even though I did not respond to all of your posts, I read every single one of them avidly. I am so pleased that you had so many wins and I think you are an inspiration to all of us. You really hung in there, even through the tough times and proved to one and all that, we really are "Causative" over our own lives. When we do good things to ourselves and those around us, it comes back as good. When we do evil or destructive things, wellllllllllllllll . . . What's that old saying??? "What goes around, comes around" Just remember to continue the life changes you've made without slipping back into the "old" ways ;o) LOL Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - lynques herbal remedies Tuesday, May 14, 2002 2:16 PM [herbal remedies] Re: Intestinal Cleanse Formulae #1 & #2 Just one more, please?? I just came off a 50 day cleanse using the IC #1 and IC #2. I suffered no ill effects except for a little diarrhea until I balanced them out. I used them for almost 10 years straight, every season change. So that is 4 times a year, for about a month each time. I haven't suffered except with the diarrhea, and that was MY fault for not getting it balanced sooner. Each time, I felt better than I did before, and like I said in my other posts, it helped to get my bipolar under such control, that any symptoms from it was so minor, that no one knew I was even bipolar for a number of years, excepting family and friends who knew me before going on the program. So, if anyone else says it doesn't help, show them MY posts on the cleanse. They really do help.Sorry, doc, but just in case some of the newbies don't know how much it helps, I wanted to say this.Lynques
