Eating raw and fasting

This is true Antwan...I have found that when I have tapered into eating mostly raw I am then able to slip on into a fast with far less discomfort than when eating a more typcial diet.

 

I think eating raw is a not too distant cousin of fasting.

Several raw-foodists I know have aged nicely...
