2nd Day water fast

Last night I slept really well..previously Ive had trouble sleeping when I fast.

This morning I didn't go to boxing training as my body was asking for rest and

relax time, which I gave it! Tonight I plan to go martial arts training SUNMUDO

as I have a test on Monday. Im totally going tocheck my feeling before and make

a smart descision.

 

Last night I went to the gym. When I got home from work I was drowsy. I slept

for 2 hours straight. I planned to go to the gym for a couple hours, when I woke

up I felt terrible. I heard your body fixes things most when you sleep. I knew

if I continued to sleep, I'd have problems later, so I went to the gym. As soon

as I started moving my body I was glad I had gone. Sleepiness and tired feeling

went away and Ifelt good.

 

I must say exercize helped so much last night. Grumbles went away.

 

My mood is good today. I'm a bit 'spacey'. I noted that I feel a little more

self conscious than usual. Ive noticed that before. I think it's because fasting

effects your emotional balance a little too.

 

Anyway. So far. So good!

Yes and I checked my weight this morning. I am 59kg's
