Guest guest
When I woke this morning I noticed a peaceful feeling and a really clean taste in my mouth. A bit weak feeling still but no aches or pains. In the past Ive gotten terrible back/shoulder muscle itch/ache, but this time, nothing so far. I woke up with the idea to get a colonic irrigation...but have never done that before and Im not sure how/where/if Ive got the guts!! Anyone ever tried it? I went to the gym last night, did a little abs, arms, legs and a fast walk...I had no desire to run so I didn't. Was nice to do a little exercise though. 57kg's this morning. I can see a difference in my whole body, which always suprises me. I have a fairly sporty/kinda muscley physique from martial arts and other activities, but theres a little layer of fat ontop...because I like to indulge sometimes...beer, pizza...chocolate ...especially wine!! So it'll be nice to see a bit more of my hard trained muscles when the fat comes off! 1 kg a day has always been what I lose during fasting. I expect it will slow down afetr day 5 or 6. Im still sticking to the 7 days..although part of me would like to go one for longer. I read about this 'true hunger' thing. Humans have forgotten what true hunger is, and they think that when your tummy grumbles, this is hungry...no, this just means that whatever you ate before has finished/partly finished digesting..your tummy is working. Apparently when fasting you continue until this true hunger arises. And they say...YOU WILL KNOW. So Im thinking when I get to Sunday afternoon, I will make the choice..to stop or go on. I'm just worried about work/commitements next week. I CAN do it, but it's like much harder and I'd rather just take time out in my room/house chilling. So...anyway, right now I have no hunger at all, there's no strong desire to eat and no fantasies about food. Better see what super classes I can come up with for the kids!! Guest guest
wow , these post are so encouraging! The three ways our bodies handle toxins are neutralizing, transforming or eliminating them. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals. The liver transforms toxic substances into harmless agents. And blood carries waste to the kidneys or liver, eliminating through the bladder or intestines. Elimination can also occur through sweating during exercise or heat. These are only a few examples of the built-in cleaning mechanisms, working hard to maintain the thousands of miles of tubes and membranes. If all these systems are working well, and we are taking in fewer toxins than the body can detoxify; the result will be vibrant health and long life. Eliminated during the detoxification process Ø Dead, dying or diseased cells Ø Unwanted fatty tissue Ø Trans-fatty acids Ø Hardened coating of mucus on the intestinal wall Ø Toxic waste matter in the lymphatic system and bloodstream Ø Toxins in the spleen, liver, and kidneys Ø Mucus from the lungs and sinuses Ø Imbedded toxins in the cellular fibers and deeper organ tissues Ø Deposits in the microscopic tubes responsible for nourishing brain cells Ø Excess cholesterol The Result Ø Mental clarity is improved Ø Rapid, safe weight loss is achieved without flabbiness Ø The nervous system is balanced Ø Energy level is increased Ø Organs are revitalized Ø Cellular biochemistry is harmonized Ø The skin becomes silky, soft, and sensitive Ø There is greater ease of movement Ø Breathing becomes fuller, freer and deeper Ø The digestive system is given a well-deserved rest People testify that after making changes toward better eating, fasting becomes easier. You could say fasting is a measure of lifestyle. --- On Thu, 9/3/09, yogini_kayte <yogini_kayte wrote: yogini_kayte <yogini_kayte Day 4 Date: Thursday, September 3, 2009, 12:36 AM When I woke this morning I noticed a peaceful feeling and a really clean taste in my mouth.A bit weak feeling still but no aches or pains. This is why skin cancer is so prevalent these days. In fact, the government does not even keep tract of skin cancer, it is so common. They just blame it on the sun! The reality is the skin is bombarded with toxins from inside and from our water. 1/2 of the water supply in USA uses the wrong chlorination process and is full of heavy metals. Hulda Clark brought this to our attention a few years ago and the best way to clean up your water is through a whole house carbon filtration system that back-washes every 5 days. All toxins must also be neutralised, bound then eliminated. Whether they are eliminated through the skin, the kidneys or the liver(bowel) they still must be neutrilised or else they can cause bad results. The body uses mainly saturated fats and alkaline minerals to bind and neutrilise toxins. A common example would be ingesting some high fructose corn syrup which contains mercury. The body will use saturated fat and minerals like calcium, magnesium, to bind with the mercury. It is then put into a solution complex in the lymphatic system and dumped into the connective tissue to be excreted out through the skin. It can be very important to rub a good soothing saturated fat(coconut oil/lemon juice/cucumber juice mixture) into the skin during periods of detox. during hot weather or fasting in hot weather. It is another good idea to take a hot shower and encourage sweating, then going to sleep with bed that has news print placed on it to absorb the sweat. This news print can be bought at newspaper companies. Buy a full roll at about $10.00 Many people have lost the ability to sweat because they do not eat enough fat and the body cannot afford to dump toxins through the skin. Other people who have received Thimerosal vaccines and lots of tooth fillings have major skin problems like psoriasis, scaling, blemishes, moles, acne etc. They also have bad hair for the same reasons. Commercial hair dyes are an absolute disaster for the scalp and long term hair health. They are loaded with heavy metals and carcinogenic coal tar dyes. These are absorbed into the scalp and remain in the subcatanous fatty layer of the skin for about 3 weeks after the procedure. Usually the hair is saturated again by this time. Moles and other blemishes are caused by microbe growth factors that over produce pigment as they populate in our skin inducing melanin accumulation. They are Paragonimus and Eurytrema and when the heavy metals are removed out of the mouth, cosmetics, dyes, soap and water supply, the immune system is able to kill these microbes. Ozonating the skin will kill them as well and then the skin will clear up and become normal again. I worked one winter in 2004 on an oil drilling rig running a vac-truck and hauling away the drilling mud. This mud is loaded with barium and other heavy metals and it was constantly around and breathing the fumes 18 hours some days. I was also consuming much flax oil and after that winter developed many tiny dark specks on my arms. Saturated fats like coconut oil are neutral and soothing. They will not dry out like olive, sunflower, flax etc. will. Eventually a person who consumes these liquid oil will age 2-3 times faster then someone eating coconut or butter. It is simple physics! Many anthropological journeys have found islanders like polynesans to live in hot climates yet look very young and lively. They eat mainly saturated fat. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals.
