Some people put the pulp back into the juice. Get whatever juicer you can afford. They all pretty much do the job.

I am new to fasting and juicing.

I am wanting to do a juice fast for 21 to 30 days. This has been

difficult to achieve when I have to cook for my family. They arent

ready for mostly raw yet.

My reasons are for health reasons and to lose weight. After I get to

my desired weight, I want to stop just drinking juice and eating a

larger portion of raw foods along with some cooked foods.

I know that when I start juicing, I will feel guilty about throwing

away the pulp. What can I do with the pulp? I was thinking I could

use it to help improve the health benefits to the foods I prepare for

my family. I dont plan on eating the pulp till I lose weight and my

body reshapes itself.

My goal is to be as healthy as possible and look good also.

I am 5 feet 2 and weigh 155 lbs now. Obviously I need to lose some

weigt to be as healthy as possible.

PS, I gave read that juicing is beneficial in helping one become more

spiritual and some even say it helps the sixth senses improve. How is

this possible?
