welcome:) My name is Bonnie and I consider myself new here also.

Just joining this list a few months ago. I am interested in fasting

and changing my eating habits and being more healthy for 2007. Hope to

see some more posts from you,and hope to get to know you better:)

Thanks Bonnie. A juice fast is wonderful. It cleanses and heals, plus an added side effect is weight loss if you need it. There is tons of information out there. Good and bad. I have found the best thing is to talk to people and gleen from their experiences. You will do great as we only have ONE body and need to do all we can to take care of it. Hi Lynnda,

 

Good to hear from you,wishing you health and happiness for you and

your family. I have never done a juice fast before,and I haven't

even read up on it or anything. I do " juice " I have a juicer and I

juice fresh fruit and veggies. But I don't do it on a regular basis.

Kinda looking to disipline myself more for this year in the health

arena. Thanks Lynnda for getting back with me. Bonnie
