Guest guest Posted January 8, 2007 Report Share Posted January 8, 2007 The lost I have done a fast for is 3 days. I started hurting. My stomach mostly and got really tired and irritable. I quit at that point. I plan to start fasting again tomarrow and would likes some ideas of how to get over that and keep on going.
