Starting second water fast

Hello All,

I'm a new member and today i'm starting my second water fast. The last

one (about a month ago) i went for 11 days. This time i hope to do

about the same, maybe a bit longer. I had two questions, first off is

there anything wrong with fasting twice in a row without a whole lot of

time in between (i'm still about 20lbs over weight and a fast food

junky so there's plenty of fat and bad stuff to get rid of). Secondly

i've read horror stories of people that have actually died from trying

to eat certain foods while fasting. (protein shakes and water fasts are

a huge bad). Has anyone ever heard of or tried water fasting while

taking fiber (psyllum husks)? I want to cleanse my intestinal tract and

colon but i'm not a big fan of the enema thing. Any info would be great.

Thanks

Ricky

Hello Ricky, All literature about water fasting says that water fast after water fast is a bad idea. Maybe you would try juice fasting instead Also while on water fasting ONLY water is allowed - cold/hot, seltzer, ets, but water ONLY, NOT ever tea Hope it'd help DinaRicky & Kelly <rkcovarrubias wrote: Hello All,I'm a new member and today i'm starting my second water
