I can not remember who posted about a woman who was taking a liquid

supplement that decreased her bone mass while fasting. Does anyone

remember that?

I am going on a juice/water fast Monday for 10 days and will be using a

supplement that helps detox the body but I wanted to know the name of

the other one so I am sure it's not the same.

Thanks for any help and support!

I'll post my progress as the days go by.

Christie ~ I am not sure, but I think you may be referring to when I posted. In that post, I was referring to someone ELSE that had posted, (I believe in another group) saying that they had lost bone mass while fasting - this concerned me, being a 49-year old female. And so I was trying to find out what liquid mineral supplement that I could take while fasting to PREVENT this. As it turns out, the reading that I have done so far indicates that loss of bone mass should not happen while fasting. There is so much information/controversy out there that a person just needs to decipher what makes sense to them, and go from there. I have decided to not concern myself with it, at this point, unless I am convinced otherwise. Sorry for the confusion; IF this is what you were referring to.
